When you request a quote we record your name, email address, optionally your phone number and company, and the event details you enter yourself — type of event, preferred date, number of guests, preferred set-up, spaces, catering and your message.

We also store the browser information of the submission. We use that only to spot abuse of the form, never to track visitors.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. Your language choice is kept in a single functional cookie.

We process this data to answer your request, prepare a proposal and — if you go ahead — deliver your event. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or our legitimate business interest in responding to business enquiries.

We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing unless you ask us to.

Your request lands in our own events and proposals environment and is visible only to colleagues working on your event. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Delivering an event may require sharing details with suppliers we engage, and only as far as your event requires.

Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for at most two years, so we can find an earlier conversation if you come back to us. If your request becomes an assignment, the statutory retention periods for the related records apply.

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to the processing. Email info@hetsieraadevents.nl and we will respond within a month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
